Our vision

Narvie’s Sweet Tea will take you back to Grandma’s porch. Brewed from Texas roots, founded in Spring, TX, The Kuykendalls oath is simple: deliver exemplary southern hospitality to its customers.

Our Story

As a young child, my taste buds would burst with excitement when I would hear my mother removing pots from underneath the cabinet and, shortly after, the savory smell of tea brewing. My mother's sweet tea always accompanied family gatherings and holidays; she passed in 1997 after a 20-year battle with cancer. That following Thanksgiving, I was in a deep depression missing my mother, and to honor her, I asked God to give me the vision to create a unique tea to share with the new generations.

The aroma of tea brewing made my spirit happy, so I prepared several gallons of tea that Thanksgiving Day, and it was a hit! As I brewed my teapots, I prayed over each pot because this IS my passion. As I began to follow my dreams, I started receiving orders that required late nights and early mornings. People that mention they dislike tea have tried samples from other customers and were left speechless to the point that they placed their orders on the spot. My mission is to share our one-of-a-kind tea with the world. Let our tea accompany you as you gather around the table, host a family reunion, or attend a wedding.

Family support and gatherings are essential to this thing called life! You support one another through each endeavor, and if you slip and fall, dust one another off and try again. Family heirlooms, laughter, and cries of your late ones are the great memories you hold close to your heart. I miss and love my mother so much, and to honor her, I named our sweet tea after her middle name, Narvie. This is our heirloom, our new journey, our memory—time to step out on faith. Whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive Matthew 21:22.
